* 1 lb. ground beef
* 1 pkg. (about 1-oz.) taco seasoning mix or burrito seasoning mix
* 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
* 1-1/2 c. water
* 1-1/2 c. uncooked instant white rice
* Pace® Chunky Salsa
* cheddar cheese, shredded
* shredded lettuce
* tortilla chips
1. Cook the beef and taco seasoning in a 10-in. skillet until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup, water and rice in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 min. or until the rice is tender.
3. Top with the salsa, cheese and lettuce. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.
