Serve chops with salad vegetables including alfalfa sprouts, celery, cucumber and mixed salad greens with oil-free dressing.

* 8 lean Australian lamb chops
* 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
* 1 Tbsp. olive oil
* 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
* 1 punnet (pint) cherry tomatoes, quartered
* 1/3 c. reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
1. Combine olive oil and lemon juice. Set aside
2. Heat grill or barbeque. Place the chops and asparagus in 2 separate dishes and brush the olive oil and lemon juice marinade over both.
3. Cook chops for 4-5 min. on each side or until cooked to your liking. Cover chops with foil and rest for 5 min.
4. Add the asparagus to the grill or barbeque and cook for 4-5 min., or until golden and tender.
5. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and feta over the chops and asparagus.
